Paradigm in Today

Discipline is one of those things that starts from the top down. Management always wants to blame the workers, but they only reflect the messaging and behaviors of their leaders. If you have lazy or dishonest or blame pushing management, you will get the same in your workers.

Watching this organization die because of inept and self serving leadership is killing me. Something whispers in the back of my head that I could fix it. Shut up, stupid voice.
