In the Life Log - Day 42 in My Musings

Today was one of those days. Sleep was decent, and I had no weird dreams. However, I had another wave of sadness in the afternoon, which almost turned into a full-blown panic attack. I had to take my anti-panic attack medicine and thankfully, the feeling subsided about half an hour after.

Today marks 6 weeks after the fact, and 4 weeks from when we last chatted. The episode earlier made me realize that I still have a long way to go. I can’t help wondering how she is faring nowadays.

Other than that, today was spent lazing around. Summer is indeed in full swing, as characterized by our 40-ish degrees celsius heat index.

I look forward to the monthend with optimism.
