An idea as to when in In the Kingdom of Suzu

Saw the plastic surgeon today and it looks like I will have the surgery anywhere from October 28 to nov 7----one of the girls who schedules was out sick today but to be on the safe side we “reserved” nov 7. I kind of hope it will not be the 28th because my SS gets married the 31st but if that is when they can do I will take it.

I am going for the double and opting for implants which they could start right away. I could have had them take from my abdomen but the size I want, he might not have had enough. Guess I am not as fat as I thought after all—ha! I was very reassured by the doctor he stressed that I am in control and his job is to make me feel at ease and he can do it. I would be in overnight and the whole process would take several months.

I also had a breast mri done this afternoon—that was quite interesting. I had never had any kind of mri but had heard about them, the noise, claustrophobic, etc. this one you lay on your stomach with your breasts hanging into a cut out and your face also in a cut out and your arms up above. I am glad it was like that because I can see how it could be claustrophobic if you were on your back.

Anyway that is the deal. I feel ok with all this, now if anything changes from the mri or the blood test, it might be a different story, but as my sister says ” it is what it is” and no matter what i will deal with it and it will be okay.
