Property Update #42- Delivery in Tennessee

Hey Guys! Here’s what’s up now:

Septic permits have finally been approved! Foundation is as done as it can be before the houses come in. Not sure what is next, digging for the septic systems or the driveway.

My house has been delivered to the Clayton homes showroom in Crossville TN. I won’t be back in TN until Mid or late April so I wont be seeing it in person but bonus family’s house will be delivered sometime in the next two weeks. They will most likely take a family trip up there to see them both so I might have newer photos.

I can’t believe they are done being built! Things should start to come together now. I will have a better idea when move in time will be after they have both been delivered. I was told between May and July.
