Spoke too soon in Life in General

Yesterday I had a pretty nasty tinnitus day again....

Damnit I thought this was solved. It’s 1000% my sinuses though. Every time I notice the high pitch is louder than usual, my ears start popping and sloshing all day. I then feel all the pressure on my face. I do take Allegra, Flonase, and Mucinex daily which doesn’t do much of anything to help.

What’s weird is that it also seems correlated with my sleep schedule. Days where I feel more fatigued are more likely for me to have a bad day.

If I really think about it, yesterday was far from my worst day. It was just the fact that it was elevated really bummed me out.
