This book was AWESOME!

A doctor discovers not only the way to stop aging, but to reverse it. But at what cost?

Okay, end of the month book count.

Laura Resnick novels 5
Unsympathetic Magic
Vamparazzi
Polterheist
The Misfortune Cookie
Abracadaver

All part of the Esther Diamond series. Struggling actress in New York City taking odd jobs to make ends meet keeps having supernatural things occur. Her only help is 350 year old mage Dr. Maximillan Zadok and his dog familiar, Nellie. And sometimes a retired Mafia hitman.

Polterheist is my favorite one. She’s working as a department store elf for the holidays.

Vamparazzi she is in an off Broadway play. Really makes fun of the huge vampire craze from when Twilight and The Vampire Diaries were big.

Another Roadside Attraction by Tom Robbins

You gotta read this for it to make sense. Hippies open up a roadside attraction zoo.

The Methuselah Enzyme

Well, I just covered this.

So, seven novels for the month of January.

I think February I’ll read short story collections and then March will be my comic book omnibuses. Seriously, I’ve got a bunch of X-Men collections I haven’t read. Mostly the Chris Claremont reprints where Wolverine, Nightcrawler, Storm and Colossus were introduced.

I could reread my Spiderman books. Loved those!

Maybe reread some of the Batman graphic novels I have. The Long Halloween was a GREAT read. A murder happens on every holiday for a year starting with Halloween. So it’s up to Batman, commissioner Gordon and DA Harvey Dent to investigate.

I’m excited.
Things to look forward to!
