Salad hot and cold in Weight Watchers Program sharing

Since I bought so MANY potatoes and zucchini, I figured I should eat them up as soon as possible. So my salad started with steamed potato, while the zucchini was cooking, I added the salad mix (watercress and baby greens), feta cheese, craisins, olive oil and vinegar. I topped it all with the zucchini (HOT). It is an interesting mix of tastes, textures, temperature.
