Thought provoking. "As it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit; for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God."—1 Corinthians 2:9-10. Though Spurgeon's name was never mentioned this was the focus of my study week. Thou He slay me I will trust in Him. Oh what a table He has prepared before me, and I in the valley cannot even see. I tremble, amen?!?!

Floored this morning, though I should not be, when I read a post by a friend who published the words of C.H. Sprugeon, a favorite preacher of mine to read. What stopped me from breathing momentarily is how, while I've been so tired to post here in a discernible manner all week what I have been hearing and learning and understanding is now published by another person. This surely is God's presence as one body in us all. I can't really understand it, but only live in my walk with Christ. This sermon nailed it, at times to the very words used in Sunday school, church, books I've been reading, online sermons I've listened to, even a couple of YouTube or songs during a spiritually demanding week.

I would be speechless, but the Lord has shown me so often of the past month or so, that nothing of Him can surprise, only awe. WHO AM I??? Oh Lord, my faithful Lord just continue to walk with me while I'm in this quiet time. Amen
