Salad - hot and cold in Weight Watchers Program sharing

I had a HUGE salad for breakfast - baby spinach as the base, cooked cauliflower, veggie burger and feta cheese on it. I like the different textures and temperatures. I added olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I didn’t discover balsamic vinegar until a couple of years ago. So GLAD I found it!
