Food of the Noms in Food Porn

I wasn’t planning on posting another one of these so soon, but dinner was SO good tonight, and got so many yummy noises made about it, that I was way too excited to not put it up here.

Caramelized Onion & Thin Apple Slices over Chicken, with Creamy Brie Potatoes and side salad.

It’s actually the first time I’ve ever properly caramelized onions, which is surprising even to me. It turned out SUPER good, and Tasha said “nothing has ever tasted as good as this” …which was adorably dramatic for an 8 year old :P but whatever works!
