de popcorning in Hi This is Kat!

My home is 37 years old. I love my home, but want to update the popcorn ceilings and it has been on the list for a couple years now.
It is a pretty easy job just messy! VERY messy! so I keep putting it off. I do know the younger generation hates popcorn so I like to keep it updated incase I decide to sell.
I have a pretty large house so I need to do it in steps I will hire out the foyer because that is so high I could never reach the ceiling

I have 15 rooms.... round 5000 sq ft so it will take a min to do. The sunroom, gym, and upstairs panic/game room does not have popcorn. So does anyone have a clever trick to make this process easy or fast? I know it comes off very easy but is so messy but I am ready.

I feel this will compliment my home. This spring we are replacing the back side of the house windows… and probably replace the rest the following year.

I always have a project in my pocket :)
