meal plan - day ? in Weight Watchers Program sharing

Having gone to the Farmers’ market the other day, I had lots of raw materials for meals.

Last night, and the leftovers for this morning: Moroccan vegetables over cous-cous: two kinds of squash, some eggplant, cauliflower, chick peas, canned tomatoes… with LOTS of cinnamon.

Lunch: bok choy and Asian eggplant steamed with soy sauce, peanut and sesame oils, rice vinegar, Asian mustard powder and LOTS of ginger. I had it over brown rice. It was PERFECT!!

I am not losing any weight, but the meals sure taste wonderful.
