Wanna know what time I got to sleep last night?
Night? That’s a laugh. I must have closed my eyes and laid in bed about three or more times. Not really sure why. Variety of small things all collecting together in my mind I guess.
I ended up getting up and making breakfast, because, why not?
11:30am was the time I think I nodded off.
I did surprise myself by waking up around 4pm though and feeling pretty good, so maybe completely mis-sleeping did me some good. Normally I’ll sleep from around 4am til midday, so I think I gained a few more hours than I normally would have.

I went to the gym a few hours after I woke up. I guess since I’d done nothing all day, I wanted to be productive somewhat. Ended up having a really good session and feel quite proud of myself. It was 8:20pm when I looked at my phone in the gym, and only then did I realise how late I’d woken up, as I didn’t think it was that late.

I really wanted to eat out somewhere after gym, to get some post-protein etc, but pretty much nothing was open, especially being a Sunday night. Brisbane doesn’t really change all that much.
There were the usual 24 hour fast food options but I really didn’t want any of those. I was also alone so I didn’t want to eat alone in a restaurant and look like an absolute loser :P

I walked past a shop that was being stocked with new stock. Another mobile phone accessory store it seems. Some things DO change in Brisbane. Clearly nothing exciting.

Ended up coming home and cooking up some spicy chicken in the oven and having that with salad. Wasn’t too bad at all.

I’m still sitting around the 85.3kg mark, which I’ve been averaging for some time now, and I’m quite happy with. It’s a decent weight to be. According to my whiteboard, around 10 months ago I weighed 87.9kg, so I’m a bit down on that, and I feel like I looked a lot better with that little bit of extra weight, so I’ll focus on making the weight goal to get back to the high 80’s but trying to stay under 90kg. I’ll be stunned if I ever hit 90kg. I mean it might look okay on me, given my 191cm height, but I don’t really want to become some huge guy who eventually hits the 100kg. I think I’d faint if I ever ballooned out to that much, given my metabolism.

Zzzzzzzzzz. Man I’m boring.
