The youth of today are quite reckless,
Bold, stubborn, and tactless.
The elders keep us all in line,
Even when we insist we’re fine.

The youth of today are quite ambitious,
If not a little too capricious.
Our minds are full of determination,
With our eyes burning fiercely with passion.

The youth of today are quite unique,
As each of us has some things that click.
With fire burning with us, we stand tall,
Ready to pick ourselves up if we fall.

To stand true and stay strong,
To serve justice to what is wrong,
To be cheerful and stop being uncouth,
That is what it means to be part of the youth!
