Fog... Sun... Fog... Sun... in Talk Story

Aloha…
The marine layer hovers offshore… comes in during the night… and hangs around until mid-morning… then the sun appears… only to disappear as the fog comes back… by early afternoon the sun is out… making for a beautiful day here on the southern coast of Oregon… but as I sit here typing out this entry… the fog is once again filtering through the trees… ready to hang around for the night…
I have been working (playing) in the back yard… mostly repotting the succulents… giving lots of them away to friends and neighbors…
My life continues to be kind of quiet… which I suppose is okay…
Over the weekend I got to watch Oregon beat Michigan State… watch the 49ers beat Dallas… and Jeff Gordon come in second in the Nascar race… pretty neat for this sports fan…
I went to two barbecues (kind of fun being a single guy)… great food… nice people… but no single women… no other single guys other than “moi’… and no… I don’t have a problem being the only single person at these events (smiles)…
