Bianca Del Rio in Adventures in paradise

Bianca Del Rio was pretty entertaining. I mean, we knew she would be. She basically did what I’ve seen on Youtube but adapted it well to the crowd. She said she usually pulls a black guy up on stage, but Australia doesn’t have any black guys lol. She also made a distasteful Joan Rivers joke, but said, “If you knew Joan, you know she’d laugh.”
True.
I hadn’t seen his ‘In Bed With Joan’ episode, but I watched it at Vish’s when we got back, so that was cool. Hard to believe that was filmed only recently before she died. I really thought the old bat would pull through. Goes to show hey :(

So yeah it was a pretty good night. I had to use the bathroom when I got there, and when I got out, Vish and James were chatting to Luke. Trust him to be the first person they ran into haha. He was trashed as a parrot. I was actually surprised by how buff he seemed, considering I only saw him last weekend. Must’ve been the clothing? But even when he hugged me, damn boy. Feels weird writing that about a guy I used to sleep with.
I gave his boyfriend a hug too, who was, of course, waiting for drinks at the bar.

I didn’t really drink much though. I just didn’t feel like it! I had a few small drinks back at Vish’s but I just don’t feel like alcohol really, ever. I tend to be okay once I’ve had a few and make that start, but most of the time I’ll choose something non alcoholic these days. I’m so lame!
It makes me wonder how Wednesday will go. I’ll feel bad if I don’t go, considering it’s FREE alcohol and a once-off. That time will however be in a straight venue. Maybe I should just go and get wasted so I don’t have to think about where I am or who I’m with. If Rhys comes again, he probably won’t be drinking, but it’d be an entice to attend.

I’d rather do something than not. I’m getting lazy and sticking in my comfort zone more, and although that’s lovely, I feel like it’s not living life, so that’s when I do my spontaneous bullshit and usually end up with something at least mediocre to write about.

I had a small hashtag-conversation with my girl friend via Instagram saying I’d slept in for the lunch yesterday, and she said ‘#nexttime’ so hopefully that means she’s cool.
I’m still an idiot for sleeping in though, but hey I’ll have to build a bridge. It happened, nothing I can do now. I just feel like it was a wasted opportunity, but I did probably save a few bucks by not buying lunch. Always looking on the bright side :)

I did see a few people I knew at Fluffy tonight. I didn’t realise how long it had been since I’d been there. The floor design had all changed! Or maybe I had been there because everything else seemed the same. I saw Luke and his bf and Chris danced with us for a while, which was nice :) He’s been my friend for soooo many years and he’s still adorable to this day.
I also saw a few of my ex-housemates there - three in fact! Josh, Luke and Braydon! I didn’t see Braydon’s boyfriend there though, and I only got to give one of the three a hello hug, that being Luke.

We kind of only stayed for the show and then took off back to Vish’s, where we had some yummy burgers. Going from clubbing to burgers in an apartment hmmm.
