What’s your favourite horror movie?
I only like super old “horror” movies, like The Creature from the Black Lagoon and Godzilla. Godzilla counts.

Whenever you hold a small, cute, furry animal, do you ever have the desire to put it in your mouth?
.....No.

If you have a boy and a girl, what would you name them? if you already have kids, did you get to name them what you wanted? why did you pick these names?
I have one of each!
My son’s name is Cannon. Originally Jacob’s idea, it grew on me. It was chosen because Jacob saw it on a grave and thought it was a cool name (it was some dude’s last name).
My daughter’s name is Lorelei (yes, from The Gilmore Girls…sigh), but I was pushing really hard for Daisy or Clementine. I LOVE THE NAME CLEMENTINE.

What is your second, third and fourth favourite tv show in which you don’t think there are any bad seasons?
Uh. I tend to really like reality shows…
America’s Next Top Model BUT the newest seasons with the guys are terrible.
Project Runway is another one of my favorites.
As far as real shows go… I really like Arrested Development (I can watch that over and over again), Downton Abbey, and stuff.

What’s something you’ve done in your life that no one thought you would do?
Get married, when that happens next October.

What movie(s) have you walked out on in a theatre? if you haven’t done it, have you wanted to?
Jacob and I walked out on J. Edgar Hoover. That was the only movie I’d ever walked out on. It was so slow. And boring. I actually did have an interest in it too.

What are you a “natural” at doing?
Pushing out babies, apparently. Cannon took 27 minutes and Lorelei took 6.
I can read pretty quickly. I am an okay writer. I am good at making desserts too. With a recipe.

If you won a large amount of money, would it make you happier? how or why not?
Probably. I could afford daycare full time and then go back to school full time, which would make me very happy. And we could also take a vacation! But I am already pretty happy with my life.

What is the most commonly held belief that you personally find deeply offensive?
Poor people deserve to be poor.
Homosexual people choose to be homosexual.
There are two genders: boy and girl.

What is something you cannot wrap your head around?
Dimensions beyond the third one. I watched a video on YouTube explaining it up to the 9th one (I think), and I think I could shake my head and hear the mush sloshing around by the end of that…

What is your most unusual nighttime or morning ritual?
I don’t have any unusual ones.

What are you terrified of or have a phobia of? has it ever affected you in day to day life?
Spiders, heights, situations I can’t escape easily from.
Yes, I used to get panic attacks while sitting in a classroom, and in crowded areas, or some other kind of place I couldn’t easily just get up and walk out of.

What are you snobby about?
YOUR FACE.

Mean Girls. It was my first time watching it.

Yeeeees it’s been quite hot here.

What part of the country is your favourite?
I’ve never been to the East or West coasts… or the southwest. But so far my favorite place has been Texas. I’m also partial to the midwest, obviously, being from Kansas. I think Kansas has its pretty moments.
