Property Update #20- Picnic in Tennessee

We brought the kids to the land for the first time cause they’ve never seen it. We had a short picnic and explored a little. It was 90 degrees so we couldn’t stay out there long but we did it. Its hard for them to visualize it without the homes on it so they weren’t as excited as me and bestie.

The land needs to be mowed pretty badly, but we need a riding mower or a tractor. So I’m gonna have to hire someone to go out there. (Heavy sigh)… we bought a weed whacker but it only was gonna clear out a small spot of course.

Lots of work to be done.
