3 things in Positivity

The do not self harm coach gave me a task tonight.
3 things that are positive every day.
3 things that you did well,
3 things that you liked.
3 things someone said to you.
3 things you ate and enjoyed.
Just 3 things.
She said the first one would be easy.
The second one would be easyish,
The third one would feel harder… It is harder.

So 3 things.
Today I spun a beautiful rainbow yarn plied on glitter thread.
Today I worked through over 50 emails. ( I only have 68 to go)
Today I sat with an intern therapist and worked through her new therapist documentation and offered her critique to help her grow. Shes going to be excellent…
But that’s more about her then me isnt it.
I didnt speed or crash my car on the way home?
