Done with it. in A small but passable life.

It only took 35 minutes, five transfers, and four people but I cancelled whatever it was I’d signed up for. I’m not going to sign up for anything else. I’ll keep on shredding whatever comes in the mail but now I’m not even going to bother opening it before shredding. Curiosity killed the cat?

It was only 91 degrees and cloudy and stormy and rainy yesterday. It actually felt kind of chilly! Back up to 105 today. The monsoon has already brought 1 1/4 inch of rain. So far.

Just received the latest electric bill. July 13 to August 12. Average daily temperature- 100.2 degrees. Last year it was 93.5. The energy charge was $119.96. That’s running both A/C’s and no water heater. Highest bill I’ve ever paid here.

Anyway, nothing else happening here.
