My Life in Hi

Amazon brought me an iRobot vacuum. Her name is Rosie (think the Jetsons). She is a wonderful addition to our house/family? My husband is terrible about bringing the earth with him when he comes in. I was always vacuuming and bitching. Now, I tell Rosie, and she gets right on it. Problem solved.

There are only a few people that read my irregular post and I think they are on my Facebook. If so, you know I have returned part time (20 - 25 hours a week) but only until I can help put the office back in order, and get the new person trained. The person I trained walked out on them 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t done enough cross training to go forward. I really didn’t want to, but I felt obligated. I am a fiercely loyal person and sometimes that trait doesn’t serve me too well. New person is very smart and personable. She will do great. There is just so much ……. I go to the Y to class, clean myself up a bit and go to work. I.am.exhausted. It’s only been one week.

My husband has an appointment with a surgeon on August 1st and they will set a date for his surgery. He has been taking Ozempic for a few months and has lost 45 lbs. He needed to drop a few, but he is starting to look scrawny.

We are going to a movie this afternoon. Our neighbor wins free tickets on the radio and gives them to us. Both movies we want to see are 3 hours.
