For starters, those fucking dogs were in my backyard again. Called 911 who put me in touch with Animal Control who got my address who then promptly never showed up. Even went online to look up the number and it was nothing but one star reviews. Next time they’re in my back yard I’m getting my baseball bat.

My back and legs hurt from mowing the jungle that is my front yard. Seriously! The grass was still wet from yesterday but I had to get it done today cause it started raining about 5 PM and supposed to continue all through the weekend.

After waiting over an hour on animal control to not show (seriously, what are they getting paid for) I drove mom to Publix. Grabbed some more fresh produce, some deli sliced meats, a bag of Cheetos (for me), bread (again, for me) and a few cleaning supplies. Holy shit! My script for the BP meds are only $7.50, right? Well my doctor thought it’d be a good idea for me to test my glucose every now and then so he prescribed me some test strips. A box of one-hundred came to $118. Screw that noise! Got my regular pills and split.

Dinner consisted of chicken strips, fresh zucchini (from aunt’s garden again) and baby spinach. Between the lawn, grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning I’m ready for a coma. Heh.

We still gotta hit up Wal-Mart tomorrow for a new AC filter and some diabetic lotion for her.

I’m told that I’m doing great watching after her (from all of you including my doctor today) but now I know how she probably felt raising me. Constantly pooped.

Currently laying in the couch in only cargo shorts (still cooling off) listening to the thunderstorm outside. Sleep will be a blessing and it’s only almost 8:30.
