Well the pain in my back has returned. It started over the weekend with spasms and cramps in my legs and today the steady agony of the back ache firing up.
Tonight I have doubled my Celebrex, which worked last week, and I have taken a Cyclobenzaprine for muscle relaxation. I have thought about taking a Hydrocodone for pain, but I am going to try to ride it out and save the pain medication for more severe times.
I have very poor posture when I ride my Harley, typically I bow over leaning into the wind. So when I ride a lot I do understand that my back will act up, they say it is Sciatica. It effects my legs, my hips, knees and my right heel. Usually my meds take care of the pain, espically the Hydrocodone. When I take it I feel great! I hate to say it, but when I take it I love to ride like the wind!
I hope to feel better tomorrow as typically my Wednesdays are an easy day where I supervise a crew and I can kick back.
And tomorrow the weather is supposed to be good, little chance of thunderstorms. I plan to ride my Harley to work. I have my clothes laid out, will have my meals packed and be ready to rock on down the road to work.
Amazing that during the length of writing this I am starting to feel better as the Cyclobenzaprine begins kicking in.
