Ultimate Face Palm in Hello

She lost her discharge papers (which had the instructions of what she needed to do) and now I’m convinced she’s giving herself the wrong dosage of insulin. Even after checking the dosage info on the box she’s second guessing herself and getting me confused. 🤦‍♂️

I can almost feel more hair falling out and the rest getting greyer.

She does have the dietician’s business card so I’ll give her a ring in the morning. I had a headache earlier in the day that passed after my nap. It’s back in full force now ha!

Learning curve. That’s all this is. Period of confusion and adjustment. Dear lord I want a cigarette now. Think I’ll melt into the couch and get some sleep now.

Edit: God I’d really like to get laid. It’d help me decompress plus it’s been a long while since I’ve had the embrace of the opposite sex. I just want to snuggle up to someone and doze in each other’s arms.

And she’s up checking her glucose again, stating she’s not feeling good.
Another restless night of worry.
