Flamin' Hot in Hello

Just got back from visiting. She got her ice and around 5:30ish they brought her dinner. Why does hospital food look inedible?

Pointless story time.
I stopped by the vending machines in the lobby and they had a bag of Sweet Chili Lime Doritos. Been a long time since I’ve had some but I wasn’t paying a buck fifty for the small bag. Having an insatiable craving now I went by the Dollar General. Well well well, new store hours are eleven to six. Just closed. Went down the street to the Sunco. Oh, they had Doritos, just the regular kind. However they had five thousand other brands of chips all in Spanish. Picked up a bag of Xtra Flamin’ Hot Tostitos. Not bad. The text on the back of the bag is all Spanish. Funny to me for some reason.

Somewhere between all that I stopped by BAM and purchased a diabetes cookbook.

2 Hours Later…
Those chips have made me very queasy. I’m gonna toss the rest. New rule, if the packaging is not in my native tongue, don’t eat it.

Almost 3 Hours Later…
Tummy is feeling better and now I’m hungry again. I’ve already eaten two bowls of the soup. I’m now thinking some soppressatta and crackers as a snack. Mmm salty, dry cured Italian meats.

Afterwards sleep. It’s 11 on the dot and I’m friggin’ tired.
