jo jo on the go or jo jo no show? in Hi This is Kat!

Yesterday jo was supposed to come here for supper but guess what she was a no show. She is a no show jo more than she is a jo jo to go.

She told me her shoulder is hurting a lot where the bruise is from 2 weeks ago.... unsure if it is bruise pain or pain from cirrhosis as many people interpret liver pain in the right shoulder because it sits on a nerve that goes to the shoulder???

Jo told me last night she was going to have it x-rayed today but once she starts drinking that will be a no go jo jo. Maybe it was more of an excuse to not come for supper because she was too drunk too? I really do not know.

Today I have a wellness check up and I might mention it to our doctor as he is both of our doctor. I would love to get better info on where she is at in her disease as I have not gotten any update for a year. I have tried to talk to the doctor who does her upper Gi’s and the banding of her varices, but he really does not like jo at all! He has no respect for her because she continues to drink very heavy and he knows it. Last summer he told her she was not quite ready for a transplant but even if she was too bad he is not recommending it because of non compliance and continued drinking… once you are put on the list I believe you only have about a year and to even be put on the list you have to be sober for at least 6 months.

you also have to have a large support group… and well jo only has me and Marty.

but with her not taking the insulin and not following up with appts and not even trying to take care of herself they call he non compliant… unsure that ever comes off the record
