Official Diagnosis in Hello

She’s diabetic.

I visited for an hour earlier this evening and spent most of it looking up diabetic recipes. Not gonna lie, some of them sounded delicious.

Speaking of food I had a bologna and ham sandwich for dinner Friday. Last night I finally grilled the chicken thighs and since I hadn’t eaten all day I devoured all four of them. So good. Tonight I was lazy and got a KFC combo.

Oi. She bought two six packs BOGO of Sprite. Now she can’t drink them. Loves her sweet “crack” tea. No more. Eggs and bacon. Nope. This is going to be a hard adjustment but we’ll get through. My mind is all over the place tonight after learning this. Le sigh…
