Adoni-Bezek in Meeting Mr. Jesus Christ

Following the death of Joshuah God sent Judah to go against the Caananites for the children of Israel. Simeon, Judah's brother, traveled with him. Together they went to fight for their alloted land. Judah went up and God delivered the Caananites and the Perizzites into their hands and they killed ten thousand men at Bezek. Then they found Adoni-Bezek in Bezek, fought against him, defeated the Caananites and Perizzites. Then Adoni-Bezek fled, they pursued him, caught him and cut off his thumbs and big toes.

Adoni-Bezek said, "Seventy kings with their thumbs and big toes cut off used to gather scraps under my table; as I have done, as God has repaid me." Then Simeon and Judah brought Adoni-Bezek to Jerusalem where he died.

Today there was another shooting in my LITTLE town USA. History continues to repeat itself.
