Stupid Head in Hello

I drank again last night. Cried most of the morning.

In group I told them about my relapse. One of the girls gave me a hug and said it’s going to be okay.

See the judge tomorrow at ten AM. Took like two hour last time so I’m bring a book.

Mom told me last night what’s the point of paying for outpatient if I drink. Fair point.

Despite the heat I’m going to force myself to do some outdoor work this weekend and maybe deep clean some of the house. As Johnny Cash said, “Get rhythm.” It’ll take my mind off things and accomplish something. Plus tire me out.

That’ll be good.
