Black market organs in Boredoms

Earlier this week I heard from someone of an opportunity to make 35,000 by selling a testicle. I believe it was for a legitimate medical purpose (maybe transplants or something?) but I choose to believe it's for something darker and more interesting. I am, however, very much willing to do this. I want to get the information from her next time I see her and see what's involved with this. For instance, where would the surgery take place? Is there a place close to me? Do they cover the entire procedure? Is the 35 grand tax free?

I don't want to Google "selling a testicle" for obvious reasons. Actually, I want to know if they'll buy both of them. Do I get a bonus for selling both? Hopefully, this will be something I can do relatively soon.
