Sis in law funeral,brother hustling for estate.mom isn't dead in Just Life

It’s so weird to say this..today I bury my sister in law Lesa. She died of Renal failure and her heart was shutting down. My brother Tom took care of her till her passing. Yesterday he came to mom’s house and tried to take me into giving him my inheritance when mom died. She isn’t even dead yet he already looking for moms house. He tried to tell me I have to give him the house because there is a garage there and he can fix things. Mom’s will says everything goes to me so Tom keeps pressuring me to sign over the house,vehicles,tools and garage. Funny Lesa died I asked for nothing in return.
