Bounce in General

This will be quick. I signed all the documents so an “under contract” sign should go up in my front yard any day now. It took all freaking day, I kept “e-signing” documents only to have them show back up at the realtor’s email as not signed. I had planned on just sleeping all freaking day. I went back to bed at 1600.

I was the last holdout. Every unit in here is under contract except the show home at the end of the street.

I knew it would work out.

Wrinkle in the ointment is I am sick as a dog. My temperature cycling between 99-101F. I feel like I have been beaten by five big guys with baseball bats. It feels like the flu, but different.

Going to bed very early tonight and hopefully it breaks. I don’t have enough PTO to keep taking days. But I don’t want to sit in a cubical and make others sick.
