Lost keys lost mind in Just Life

How bad is my migraine? Today I had a panic attack over not having my keys.I thought I locked myself out of my car.i poured my purse out looking for the keys. It took me a minute to realize my husband took the car home because he works today.i feel so bad today. My head hurts so bad obviously I can’t think clearly..I am so scatter brained today. I hope I feel better soon.
