A Big Old Happy Thank You :) in The REAL Baby Journey!

Oh you guys. Between here and Facebook and Twitter and close friends and family emailing me lists...I am overwhelmed and humbled and so, so, so thankful for all of the baby supplies help. Many of the items are repeatedly suggested which helps reinforce their need and some people had totally off the wall but brilliant ideas too that I know I'd never have thought of on my own. (Waterproof pads for under the baby in a crib for middle of the night blow outs? Genius!) I even had a friend send me an Amazon list she'd made of her "absolute must haves" with probably 50 items on it so all I had to do was click "add to my baby registry" for the items I liked (and many were already suggested by others!) which was so incredibly easy and saved a lot of time. How do you even begin to thank someone for sharing something like that??

I am so thankful to be raising this little nugget in a time of so much connection and information and that Rob and I are surrounded by so many selflessly helpful people all around the world. (I especially enjoyed the notes from people in England and Australia who used works like 'pram' and 'buggies' and it made me smile :))

So thank you to all of you who wrote me notes and offered insight and gave me your two cents. I tried to thank everyone individually but this also goes out to all who have supported me with sweet notes about my baby journey thus far as well as a thank you for all the support I know I will need and soak up in the months to come. It has also made me certain I will 'pay it forward' and be as vocal and helpful to all moms who come after me. It has calmed my nerves immensely to have made a big list of things to search for and for that, both me and Rob are eternally grateful. :)
