Heart Rate in Me Being Me

My heart rate for the last week or so is sky high. (I think it’s too high) and I am really starting to get worried. It’s around 100 and sometimes I can feel the bheart beats. I know I have to quit my bad habbits and I will once I can get things fixed here. But I think most of this is because of the stress of not knowing if I am going to be evicted for no good reason and that scares me to death. She has to stop with that threat and let me just live my life and not have to worry. But nit knowing if things will be fixed is even more worrying because I am already not feeling well because of it.
I seem to get really tired and out of energy by the time night time comes and I just want to go to bed and watch mindless TV. And when the heat is on and I get too hot that is even worse because I get really sluggish.
All I know is that if there is no compermise I will just feel sicker and sicker and then what I doi do here won’t get done at all and I will just be in bed all day and I don’t want that.
So hopefully when hubby goes to pay the rent there will be some discussion of when things will start to get fixed so i can not be so stressed out and not worry what can go wrong next.

Onto something else....

I think dinner tonight will be beef stew seeings I have everything for it. I just need to find some meat for it. I did find meat for beef stew so I will just wait till it thaws and start it so it can simmer for a long while.
Other then that I don’t think much else is going to happen and it should be a nice relaxing day.
