so on that note the one about sleep. i woke up crying tonight. in The Wonderland Years: 2014. Done.

which again proves yes it's possible to cry in your sleep. [well. I knew this having read it in 'my sister's keeper'. I haven't read that in a long time].

I don't remember the last time I actually woke up crying. i know it hasn't been within the past 4 yrs. though. whenever I've had a dream about the sex abuse [which again I did. and it was also about my ex. and evan who I have news on btw] I wake up shocked.

yeah so I think something again happened in my sleep. I mean aside from the obvious. dreams and such. I think I either had a panic attack [been having these a lot lately] or uh. something else happened.

so yeah that was somewhat unusual. and not all that pleasant either. and a little odd.

oh and when people do things in their sleep it's called parasomnia.

i slept from. like 8:20 - 9:10.
