Pictures of my summer yard in Day to day life from a woman that turned 60 in Oct 2014 and who lives on a farm and Retired on January 2, 2016. I plan to do more sewing, work outside in the yard and just enjoy my retirement.

Pictures of my yard and garden from the left of my front door, starting with the retaining wall garden that has blackberry bushes, tomato plants and strawberry plants and then down the hill, to the front toward the road, and then the in front of my house and along the house. Hope you don't get bored and watering these keep my evenings and some early mornings occupied outside. This isn't all of them, but enough for now.

New "in ground flower bed" with a twist. Glads, mini rose bushes, zinnias, marigolds in a kids wheel barrel with 3 wheels instead of 4 and another couple of volunteer flowers that reseed each year. In the front is the spent Mother's Day lilies that daughter gave me. Hope they do good in this spot for years to come. alt text The same flower bed looking from off my porch alt text alt text
