Disasters and sexy men... in blackpropaganda

It is difficult to write about the catastrophe of the Malaysian Airline crash in the Ukraine - the scale and enormity of the event is overwhelming -and I would guess it is all because of a cock-up on the ground. I have no doubt separatist rebels had Russian equipment and used it with disastrous results - they had brought down Ukrainian planes before.. Of course, now the airline is being questioned about flight paths etc - but Lufthansa were using the same airspace. Putin is allocating wider blame - but it is about giving sophisticated weapons to these groups without supervision - and if they were being supervised then there is greater responsibility on the part of Russia. What with that, and the Gaza crisis the 24 news organisations are having a field day - summer used to be a time of slow news - not any more. Meanwhile there are thunderstorms rattling around - not here thank God - and we do not have the worst heat - but it is cloudy - and warm. And some suggestions Simon Cowell has had gay experiences - well, knock me down with a feather! - anyone who wears the waist band of his trousers that high has some kind of issue - one thing for definite, he loves himself more than anything else

And the Promenade Concert season has started - something to listen to when the tv is crap!

Although, BBC4 is repeating the Montalbano detective series - set in Sicily - wonderful stuff for for a Saturday night - and how sexy is Luca Zingaretti - leaves Cowell in the shade!
