Winners, painting and Christ in Brazil in blackpropaganda

So Germany won the soccer World Cup - they deserved to, they were the better team, but Argentina could have done it if they had taken their chances - and the goal which decided it was a cracker. Everyone says it is the fourth time Germany have won it - but in fact the previous three were as West Germany - obviously a superior product to East Germany!!! - but still. Anyway, we still have the Tour de France, with the favourites dropping out - and so very open - and a nightmare as they climb up and down mountains in the rain.

Meanwhile I am have started painting more consistently - I completed one yesterday of my 'rubbish' topic - taking the pebbles etc on the foreshore and turning them into a watercolour - which is essentially an abstract. Todays's has been a boat on the shore in Spain - nice and simple.
