The Argument... in Me Being Me

Hubby keeps on telling me that when it came to heat and comfort he has had it much worse and so did his mother. His mother could sede her breath in the air. And hubby has had lanldords who didn’t turn on the heat so they could save money. And when I complain I am cold I am just not saying it I am actually cold and I can feel it on my hands and feet mostly but other parts of me are cold also. And hubby also says that it’s not bad in here and it’s okay. My argument is that it should be at a tempature where we are both comfortable and don’t have to layer our clothes especially when we are sleeping. And I have a horrible time explaining that I don’t like a lot of things on me or I get too hot. And anything like a heating pad or a electric blanket I just get too hot so that is why I have to get up and do something. So I do.

The second picture is more what it looks like at the very top of my wall.
Hubby says he thinks it’s not mold but then if it wans’t mold then it would be gone by now. or it would be a much lighter color.
And because hubby doesn’t smell it or doesn’t have any of the side effects he isn’t taking this as seriously as I am.
But in the end I will get all of this fixed and the heat will be at something I am comfortable at.
I am going to be going to my doctor to get the wax out of my ears nexr week and at the same time I am going to be telling him about the mold and hopefully show him the pictures I have so he will have hard evidance in case I need a heath care to help me and get the landlady to fix the mold. Or if I have to ever go to court.
Hubby says I/we need to get along and live in a peaceful way. I do agree with him but it’s really hard when someone is a bully and has all the purse strings and what they say goes. And it doesn’t matter about the law or what the experts say. She knows everything and is the expert for everything. But the thing is and I even know this and that is the longer something doesn’t get fixed the more it will cost to fix it. And if she fixed it instead of costing $500.00 it’s going to cost thousands of dollars because she didn’t listen to me.
But I have a feeling that once I do leave here she won’t be having any more renters because it just costs too much money.
The thing I don’t get is that she gets $15,600 dollars a year from hubby and I and I can’t understand why she can’t afford to fix anything and have the pros fix it. She could fix one major thing a year or have something maintained once a year and I just don’t get it. Why someone wouldn’t want to maintain all of their house is beyond me.

Onto something else…

I have learned that Easter Sunday and Easter Monday is not a stat holiday in Canada or in B.C. So people do have to go to work especially those who are considered essential. But then most businesses are open because that means more money for them.

Onto something else…

Not much is happeening today I think there is hockey on and not much else.
And as for dinner maybe my famous liver and onions, or I will ask hubby what he thinks he wants.
