Whats the opposite of thrilling? in The Awesome Chronicles of me.

These four things I KNOW ARE TRUE:

1) My weekend was so dull.. so so so so dull.

2) This week should be better

3) I got new locks.. huzzah!

4) I have some interesting gencon travel plans I think.

so here we go......

Yeah. My weekend was so boring. I think the highlight of my week was soloing the board game Caverna (With donkey meeples!) on friday. I'm teaching it tomorrow so I wanted to get the rules down pat (Which I knew the majority of them, just wanted to make sure, and the game isn't bad solo.) But thats the highlight of my weekend. I watched way too much TV and I listened to way too much Flip the Table (A podcast about the Other side of gaming)

Saturday I watched soccer, my friend came over for a couple hours. Then I've been playing Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin for the DS. One of my favorite DS Games, and probably my second favorite Castlevania game. Thats all I did on saturday.

Sunday, More of the same. My mom and brother and I went to Applebees. I caught up on my DVR (Tyrant is...... ok.) Tonight i'll probably watch the Leftovers. But thats all for sunday.

Today.. I got my back door locks changed. Hooray. Friday I'm getting a new toilet. This will make me happy. My toilet is so old and crunky, and probably 30ish years old. Some other improvements on the house as well, my back patio will get converted into a little deck (Which might help with the flooding problem cause the patio has some cracks which have been there forever and water seeps in when it rains heavily) Some touching up as well. So we shall see.

Anyways.. So as everyone knows my gencon travel plans were disrupted terribly when stuff happened in April.. so.. In An interesting idea came up for my Gencon travel plans.... My mom (Who is awesome, and is helping me out (albeit for lots of work done) on travel and basically paying for my gencon trip) Looked into first class for one way (because she's traveling to pick me up on sunday or saturday..) and a limo to the hotel.. hahaha that'd be cool.

So yeah. Thats all really. I downloaded a great game for my android phone.. Star Realms, its a deck building space game.. which you can is free but there is IAP for 5 bucks (physical game is 15 bucks) but its a lot of fun, and if anyone wants to play, Look me up under this name. So thats all.
