One month dry. Detox diet complete.
Except it's not because this thing is working and I don't massively want to stop it. So I've agreed I'm allowed a drink this Saturday to reward myself and then it's back on the detox diet till my birthday in August.
Feeling very proud of myself for making this change. Feel healthier and more energetic. Just need to keep this up.
