A Small Entry Catch Up in Still Listening to Spirit

The tooth saga is over. The tube fell out of Hub's jaw on Wednesday while he was taking a shower and it was not covered (or supported) by any bandages. I got him in to see Lynn and she took out the one stitch that was holding it and then packed the tunnel and opening left with cotton gauze. Hub then saw her Thursday for the same and Friday for the same. Lynn said she could hardly get any packing in Friday, so when Saturday came, she said pull it out and slap a bandaid over it....

So, this wee bump in the road--boy am I good a minimizing! Anyway, so I got some rest, some more rest, and then some rest.

I am having pain in my rib area again, like when I got the muscles pulled between the ribs somehow...that kind of pain. VERY painful when I move around. Not so much when I am still.

I have begun the Christmas Brown Bag Challenge quilt this week...I don't particularly like the batik fabrics, but will make the best out of them. I am quite ready to get back to the machine and quilting trailer. I have made the first 4 blocks and am well pleased with them overall.

That's all I have for now. Too uninterested in writing much right now. Must take care of getting the SAD light out and begin to ctively fight the depression.
