Sorry I've not been around in Torridaussity Two

The last two months have been crazy with packing and moving and returning to work and just the continued stress of life. I got sick during my first week of work and am sick again now. My disability is all messed up again so financially things are tough. Mentally some days are good and other days are horrible. I try to read you guys, but am very far behind. Iām working on finding a therapist deciding to do virtual as I can be seen sooner so I just need to find one. I will try to be more present.

Therapy definitely helps and clears the mind and I hope you're able to find one that suits you.
I'd highly recommend looking into BetterHelp if you're looking for virtual sessions. That's where I came across my current therapist. They find you a therapist specific to you who will help you deal with what you need. I started seeing my therapist during the pandemic and it is very good. They did leave BetterHelp after a few years but thankfully took me on privately, so I'm no longer on BetterHelp but we continue our sessions privately now.
Edit You mentioned about having disability in your post and I wanted to add that BetterHelp offers a pretty neat discount for those with disability making it very affordable.
