Officially im down .5 lb fully dressed in jeans after working all day. I should weigh in wearing leggings lmao.
At home im down 2 lbs ( naked first of the day weight) She said that is a better weight tracker.
A few things.
I may not be eating enough calories. Im under 1k almost every day. Seeing i only eat two meals instead of three, i need to add more calories into those other meals. Specifically more protein. Based on my diet, she said im doing really good and most people have more struggle. I already eat fairly clean so its not bad.
She said don’t try to give up my sweet tea right now. I used it to quit soda and I should hang onto that vice .
I should put my scale in the shed or out of my reach. She said no more daily weighing. I had an eating disorder and its not good for me to be daily weighing. She said just talking about it she could see the anxiety raising and im filling myself up with stress. Focus on a NSV and let that be my guide. So its my watch band gets looser and i can go down a clip on it.
I need to eat around 140 G of protein a day. That’s like 12-16 oz a day. T made me a 8 oz pork chop and it doesn’t have more then 50G.

She said I eat plenty of veg and instead of having veg if im munchy, have protein . They will go in deeper on the diet on Monday when they can review my hormone results with me. I thought we were going to do that today but my coach was with someone else. Which is fine. I get that.

She did say I can have more sauces then I was worried about just watch the sodium. Like oyster sauce, teriyaki, ect. As long as im watching my sodium and carb levels its fine. I should have 150 G of carbs a day. Because i did have a cup of Pepsi today and a tea. Im at 140 G of carbs including my popcorn snack. So ill prob go over that.

Oh she asked if i was peeing a lot. I said yes.
She said good, if you aint peein the fat isnt fleeing.

Progress?
