I had my appointment today and apparently I have bone spurs in my back and too much space between discs. They want me to start physical therapy and they’re going to call me and schedule an MRI to make sure there isn’t something pinching my nerves. I’m just so ready to do whatever is needed to not be in constant pain anymore. I’m happy to be getting answers.

It was a very easy morning with my daughter. She woke up in a good mood and was very pleasant. We went and looked for her glasses at school and they are gone so I need to call and get appointments set up for us to do our exams and get another pair. I am not happy with the place where we’ve been going and I refuse to step foot in there ever again so on to the next. I’m so frustrated that it’s impossible to keep track of her glasses and I’m going broke replacing the same stuff all the time.

I am so sick of my back hurting. I just want my life back. It sounds like we are going to start getting things figured out. I’m going to start looking for a physical therapy place that’s close to my house because there was one next to the spine dr but I don’t want to drive clear over to the other side of town, especially when I’m supposed to do it like 3 times a week.

So I did a thing today. I had Covid in August of 2021, my hair started falling out in November of 2021 and it’s never recovered. It’s incredibly thin and looks like absolute trash so I chopped it all off today. I wanted the A-Line but of course, that didn’t happen but I’m okay with it as I’m still able to put it in a ponytail and as it grows out it will be all one length. I like how much healthier it feels. As she was cutting it, it sounded so crunchy and dry but it’s super thin. Just odd. And annoying.

I’m so glad I will get my kid soon. I’m really lonely without her. I go back to my job program tomorrow and I need to set up my physical therapy.
