In similar fashion to most other people, I joined a weightloss challenge to ring in the new year. This book is going to specifically be about that and trying to lose the rest of my pregnancy weight. Moreso just a place to put it all down and hold myself accountable. I may or may not document my food and calories even. I hope to stay motivated with it. The person who loses the largest percentage of their body weight in this challenge will win over $600.

So when I first started “trying” to lose weight, I took my measurements. They are basically unchanged from May. 2 months after I gave birth.

Left thigh - 23.5
Right thigh - 22.5

AUGUST 10, 2022
Waist - 32.5
Hips - 37.5

Weight: 132

I’m not sure why I didn’t weigh myself in May. Well, I’m sure that I did, but I didn’t write it down. But everything has stayed basically the same since then. Hopefully the $600 I could win will be good motivation.

BREAKFAST
1 egg
1 piece of whole wheat toast w/ butter
1 piece of whole wheat toast w/ organic peanut butter
1 banana

LUNCH
Bacon & Brussel sprouts w/ honey

SNACK
2 cups of homemade hot chocolate w/ cacao powder and honey as the sweetener

DINNER
1 chicken sandwich w/ cheese from gas station
