The last Day And Night in Help Me Please

You do realize that verything you do and say today will be the last time you say it this year or do it? And then at midnight whatever you do is the first time you will have done it for the New Year?
it’s funny how we only refelect on the year today and no other days and how we promise we will be better people and will change. But I don’t think that is true because we always end up being the same and and change seems to never come. How many times have you made a New years Resolution and about two weeks in you already forgot what it was you were going to do? This is why I don’t make resolutions and I just try to do better and not mention it to the world. And to make promises that you will never keep is just wrong so why even bother?
And then we say these things out loud and the people that hear it might call you on what you said and are not doing and that can be hurtful. because they think you lied. So maybe it’s better to keep your resolutions to yourself and if you don’t follow through then the only ones who know is you and beating yourself up is a lot better then the rest of the world telling you that you lied.

Onto something else…

My son will be here sometime today he didn’t say when so I am thinking somewhere around late afternoon or before dinner and he will be bringing in the New year with hubby and I so it will be nice. Oh and by the way the so called party will be in the living room and the dress is Pj’s and I might decide not to go....

Dinner tonight I am not sure but it will be something fast and easy and not much of a mess to clean up. And tomorrow we will be having Turkey Drum Sticks and rice and a frozen vegetable or maybe some sort of noodles.
