Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir

I have to confess, I hated the first chapter of the book, it was a drag, didn’t set the stage right and bounced all over the place, literally.
I expected better from Andy Weir since “The Martian” had an excellent, gripping opening and immediately pulls in the reader.
Project Hail Mary was a difficult read to begin with. However, after chapter 2, the book took off like a rocket powered roller-coaster and did not stop, not until the last page.
And the story was not predictable at all. Every single of my expectations was challenged and a brand-new scenario was presented which kept me glued to the book.
I highly recommend this book.
