day 2 in annoying exercise book

Today's run was 1 minute of steady running followed by 1:30 of walking, repeated 8 times. It ended up being about 25 minutes, 1.6 miles.
It was a weird run for me in that I'd never done timed intervals before. I didn't dislike it, so that's good. It was really hot out, but it felt nice to be in the sun.
